The finish line and evening
The finish line is at the Bamburgh Castle Inn at Seahouses.
The award-winning Bamburgh Castle Inn was named Tourism Pub of the Year 2015 in the North East England Tourism Awards, The Bamburgh Castle Inn overlooks the harbour in the fishing village of Seahouses.
The aim is for us to arrive at Seahouses between 5pm and 7pm. Family and friends are welcome to meet us there - the more the merrier.
Layth comes out of hospital on the 13th October, so if he's well enough and able to make it I'm sure he will be there - but lets just wait and see.
For those interested, I expect we'll see the evening out at the pub. Some pople may want to head home and some people may want to stay over at Seahouses.
I say we get lashed at Seahouses.......
The Bamburgh Castle Inn can provide bed and breakfast - I have asked for a discounted rate and they will let me know what this is. Once I know I'll update the Blog.
They have lots of availability on Friday and limited availability on the Saturday evening. For those wilth children - under 12 stay for free.
